Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images or video of the defect within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors outside of our control can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds normal posted times, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30 day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will provide a return slip for your order (products must be in new condition and include all packaging, we don't cover the return shipping and restocking fees may apply).

For orders outside of US and Canada - please contact us for the return address as we cannot provide a return slip.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office. Please take note of the shipment tracking that is emailed to you so that you can see the shipping progress and the estimated delivery date.
