Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective/damaged product, please contact us with images/videos of the product within 7 days, and we will send out a replacement package to you free of charge.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds normal posted times, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office.
