Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective/damaged product, please contact us with images/videos of the product within 7 days, and we will send out a replacement package to you free of charge.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections or logistics issues can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds 30 business days, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, if you aren't 100% satisfied with the product, just ship it back to our warehouse and we will provide a full refund (restocking fees may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office - please contact the post office directly to arrange for delivery or pick up.
