We sharpen our knives to a 15° edge angle and recommend you do the same. To maintain the razor sharp edge for a lifetime, we recommend to use a high quality sharpening steel once every few months.

Our knives are made from rust resistant high carbon steel. However, we strongly recommend that you hand wash and dry your knives after each use. Do not machine wash.

We recommend to oil (cooking oil is fine) your knife regularly to further protect against rust and corrosion.
