This set is 100% hand forged from premium high carbon steel which results in a high carbon content blade and long lasting edge retention.
All knives are shipped with food grade mineral oil coating on the blades which we recommend you wash off prior to use.
Care Instructions:
- Hand wash and dry immediately
- Apply mineral oil to the blade before storing for an extended period of time
High carbon Damascus steel blades will begin to form a patina (a slight color change) with use which helps to stabilize freshly forged blades and become more rust resistant over time.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our knives for life. Every knife we make is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
If your knife is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

While our knives are built to be used and loved, this warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use (including cosmetic changes, sharpening wear, or expected aging)

Physical damage such as chips, cracks, broken tips, bending, or misuse

Water or moisture damage, including rust or corrosion

Improper care, including but not limited to:

Dishwasher use

Prolonged moisture exposure

Use of harsh chemicals or cleaners

These factors are outside of our control and can significantly impact performance and longevity.
