Built to work along bone rather than through it. It gets into the joints of a chicken, follows the ribs on a rack, and takes silverskin off a tenderloin without tearing what's around it. Very little effort is required once you're in the right place, which is the whole point of a blade this narrow. It's not a knife for force, and it's also far more capable than the name suggests. Full tang, hammered finish, brass-riveted rosewood.

Improper care, including but not limited to:
